We all look at stars🌟 at night and wonder what patterns they form or we wonder how the sun actually looks like during a solar eclipse🌘. We are curious to know
and see all the secrets of cosmos but we, amateur astronomers can't make our dreams come true due to lack of resources and equipments. I was one of them. Although I have a basic telescope🔭 to just begin with my journey of exploring this vast dome of mysteries, I am unable to discover them. This is because I live in a city which has tall buildings, air pollution and above all light pollution.
So I began my journey of exploring from a place not well known but good for curious astronomers- Astroport, Sariska or I should say my dream place! So beautiful🤩 so peaceful and will provide you the best astronomy experience. Those were winter days. We arrived a day before Christmas🎄. There I got a pre Christmas present🎁! A sky full of stars🌌 where unlike cities you can actually see a lot of constillations.
The instructors were awesome and even taught us astrophotography. I am also sharing those pics which you can enjoy!
The very next day we saw the sun through a telescope using solar filter. It was fun! But the morning of 26th was the most awaited. It was the day of the last solar eclipse of 2019. It was beautiful ❤️. We stayed outside for around 3 hours, tracked every second of it from a telescope and even had ☕tea and snacks! People usually avoid going outside or eating during an eclipse but we did them all. They were very wonderful Christmas holidays. The knowledge and experience I got is priceless. I shall never forget it😌.
